Quality Care Maintenance Plan
With this service agreement you can rest assured that your heating and cooling equipment is in Quality hands. Plan includes:
- Reminders to schedule
- Check air filter
- Inspect all equipment safety devices and switches
- Inspect equipment’s motors, fans and capacitors
- Inspect ignitor and clean flame sensor
- Inspect heat exchangers
- Check gas pressure and adjust if needed
- Inspect and clean burners
- Inspect and clear debris from vent pipes
- Inspect and clean all condensate drain traps and hoses
- Clean condenser coil and clear any debris around the condensing unit
- Check refrigerant charge
- Start up and ensure proper operation of the system
